Went to watch Cirque du Soleil’s Zaia at the Venetian with a group of highschool friends over the weekend and we booked Café Litoral in Taipa, which is about a 5 minute walk from the Venetian. Unlike Litoral Restaurant over at the Macau island, Café Litoral offers a slightly smaller selection I believe. The restaurant itself also has fewer tables, and is also brighter lit. Other than that, the consistency of the food, portion and everything else (yes, including price!) is pretty much the same.
Here’s what we had X 3:
By the way, if you’re wondering how Zaia was … it was not bad, but not great. I’ve seen 3 CDC shows so far, Alegria, Quidam and now Zaia, and the best of these 3 is definitely Alegria, followed by Zaia … Quidam was a piece of crap (sorry Quidam folks!) … I watched it in Shanghai and it was CDC’s inaugural launch in the country (aside from HK) just to “test the market” and see whether it made sense to host more shows in the future. That was definitely a waste of my 700 hard-earned Renmenbi dude. I heard the BEST is still “O” at Vegas … oh, don’t you go anywhere … I’ll watch you one day.
